IFBB Pro, Lindsey, founded Oak & Iron in 2021 to create a premium training space for serious lifters in Santa Maria. Scott joined the team in 2024, expanding resources and supporting Lindsey’s vision for a focused, high-performance environment. Together, we’re continuing to shape a special place built with intention, discipline, and pride.
